What material is AZURE Jewellery made of?

AZURE Jewellery is considered luxury jewellery because we only craft in precious metals

Our Sterling Silver Line pieces are made from the purest form of silver, also known as 925 silver, and is plated with 21-22 Karat Gold or Rhodium, depending on its colour finish.

Our Fine Jewellery Line pieces use mainly 18 Karat Gold. This is much more durable when setting Diamonds, which are used in most of our gold designs. We also craft in 21-22 Karat Gold upon request.

Do you use real Silver?

We use the purest form of Silver, which is Sterling Silver, also known as 925 Silver in our jewellery. Our pieces are randomly tested at the labs to ensure this quality is maintained.

What is Rhodium?

Rhodium is a metal element that belongs to the Platinum group. At AZURE we use Rhodium to plate our Sterling Silver and Gold jewellery pieces to give them a silver-white sheen. Jewellery plated in rhodium is shinier and more durable than other metals, it does not scratch, dent, or corrode and retains its luster. It is considered one of the most valuable precious metals, increasingly more so than Gold, and protects the piece for longer.

Do you use real gemstones?

Yes, at AZURE we mainly use real gemstones, ranging from precious to semi-precious, all of which are carefully examined before selection. These include high grade, natural Diamonds, Emeralds, Rubies, Kyanite, Pearls, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Turquoise and many others. Pearls are an integral feature across our designs, and we use different types of pearls, mainly focusing on Freshwater Pearls. We also provide laser-inscribed diamonds and certifications for bespoke jewellery pieces.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we customize and create made-to-order/ bespoke pieces for clients based on their requirements, ranging from the type of design they want to their financial budget.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within Pakistan take up to 2-3 working days. International deliveries can take 3-10 working days, depending on the location.

How can I purchase an out-of-stock jewellery piece?

We produce a limited number of pieces for each design and therefore have limited stock. Please contact our team to place your order for an out-of-stock jewellery piece. You can contact us through Instagram, WhatsApp or Email. The delivery timeline for orders is anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on the piece.

Do you take international orders?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Please place your order through the website. If you have any questions or need assistance reach out to our team on Whatsapp, Instagram or through Email.

How can I visit you, do you have a store?

Our studio is located in Karachi, Pakistan (DHA, Phase 5) and is by appointment. We also take virtual appointments to show our pieces or discuss your requirements. Contact us on Whatsapp, Instagram, or Email to book your appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/ Debit Card, Bank Transfer, and Cash (in studio only). There is no Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
