We aim to deliver in stock Sterling Silver pieces to the delivery address you have requested in your Order within 3 to 10 working days from the time your Order is processed. Made to order Sterling Silver pieces will be dispatched to you once they are manufactured, usually within 4 to 8 weeks from the time of order confirmation. Please note that the delivery times for Fine Jewellery Orders, bespoke or otherwise, will be communicated to you directly by our team upon your request.

All deliveries made will be made vide a recorded delivery service so please ensure that someone is present at the notified delivery address to receive the Order. Please note that we do not cover custom and duty charges applicable to international deliveries and the same will be borne by you. All delivery charges, dates, and timelines specified herein are for general guidance only. We will not be held liable for late delivery of Products.
